I was “raised by Xerox” where I learned business and Customer Satisfaction is the #1 priority, as follows: In Rochester doing customer relations and business analysis, in Seattle as a Service Manager, and in San Diego as an Account Manager. Moved on to sales before discovering market research, where I worked for Harris Interactive as a Project Manager and then Research Manager. Now a Research Manager at MaritzCX, a research company specializing in Customer Experience.
After an unexpected downsizing six months after moving to Tampa, I learned interactive marketing and started this blog to showcase my writing ability. Whether I’m solving problems, analyzing data, researching, writing, editing, blogging or tweeting, I keep clients’ needs and perspective as my focal point.
